This is an audio extract from a live session we had at the Nest Hub Yaba, Lagos. The unique thing about this event was the fact that we brought together business people and designers to discuss the topic. We had Debbie Bashorunwho is an expert UI/UX designer and mentor, Victor Fatanmi a design studio owner, Ized Uanikhehi a marketing agency owner and Oti Ukubeyinje (a VP of Product in the Martech space) made up the panel, while I was the moderator for the conversation.
We all came together to discuss topics ranging from design thinking and design maturity, to how designers can best sell their ideas/ scale a business and a lot more.
I would suggest you have a notepad ready because you are sure to get more than a nugget or two for your business, or your next career move.
In today's episode, I talk about some 5 habits that would help creative people grow to become successful in their practice as they progress in their various creative paths.

Well In this episode I try to explain why it is important to take a step back to show your work and celebrate yourself while you are at it.
I also illustrated most of my points with my own experiences and steps I take to actively do this....Enjoy :-)
Hey, you made it. Amazing!!!. Today's episode I speak about Embracing your Uniqueness. I also explain how some people refer to Uniqueness as weird, I also used a great example form GOT (Game of Thrones ) to explain how Embracing your Uniqueness can be fundamental to personal growth.
So be unapologetically yourself as you listen to this episode ☺
