As always we at Normal Nerds strive to bring you the best and most current content. Today we bring you a very special episode, the Crunchyroll Anime Awards concluded last week with some well deserved and questionable winners. We take apart each category and each decision that was made and offer our opinions on what should have won and what did win. So for anyone who wants to hear why certain things should not qualify as a fight scene, how the best comedy of the year was robbed, or if you just hate Beast Stars then this is the episode for you.

Welcome back to the Normal Nerds Podcast and another installment of our anime review part 1. Once again we are discussing two of the hottest anime on the market: Attack on Titan and Jujutsu Kaisen. We discuss how Gabi is the worst covert agent in the history of time, making life hard for Falco in every way possible. Also we rave about the most powerful best friends relationship on the planet in Jujutsu Kaisen. Hear it all here at the Normal Nerds Podcast.

Welcome back to another episode of Normal Nerds, on today’s episode we take a look at the Legend of Korra, which we deem a successful sequel to The Last Air Bender. Hear us rave about the success of the creators who managed to bring us a whole new avatar experience that holds true to rules of the world they set up in Last Air Bender, and how Korra has the back muscles of bengal tiger. But most importantly you will walk away from this episode agreeing that there was not even one instance of build up for Korrasami.

I feel a disturbance in the force, it's as if thousands of people screamed out in rage as they left  movie theaters. Hello, and welcome back to the Normal Nerds Podcast, we bring you yet another General Grievance episode where we discuss the disaster that is Star Wars: The Last Jedi. In our devastatingly accurate opinion The Last Jedi is one of the worst things to happen to the entire Star Wars Franchise, and we are sure to list our many reasons for hating this movie. From pointless characters, moves that break the entire logic of the Star Wars Universe, and Rose these are just a few of the many points you will hear as we tear this movie to shreds.

In part 2 of our anime review we take a look at the newest episode of Black Clover and Re:Zero (and not Promised Neverland because they had a gap week). In Black Clover we see how the power of cooking can overcome any bad hair day. And then in Re:Zero we have the greatest battle of the century, *announcer voice starts* IN THIS CORNER WE HAVE THE SIMP IN ORANGE SUBARUUUUU, AND IN THIS CORNER WE HAVE THE CLOWN SIMP OF CHAOS ROSWELLLLLLLLL. AND THIS IS THE BATTLE OF THE SIMPS. So buckle up another anime review by two normal nerds.

Here at Normal Nerds we are always striving to bring you the best content and opinions the world has ever seen and to that end we are premiering a new category in this week's episode titled Dueling Lists. This category is set to come out once a month where Max and myself compile two lists on a popular topic and then compare them to see who’s is better. In our first ever Dueling Lists episode we compare the Harry Potter Movies and where we think they rank from best to worst. Once you hear the lists let us know in the comments what you think, were these lists good? Do you have your own opinion of what should go where? And most importantly who’s list do you think was the best? (A quick note for this episode we focus on the Harry Potter Movies and NOT the books).

In this week’s general grievance we bring you a semi controversial opinion… WE HATE GENTLE CRIMINAL! The most recent villain in the My Hero Academia universe had an entire arc dedicated to him and we stand by the idea that it is the worst thing to ever happen to the show. Listen to us explain how doing next to nothing for 10 episodes, rapidly scaling down the main hero’s power, and utilizing the actual power of love as a superpower does not make for great content.

For anyone who has ever dreamed of sailing the high seas, plundering treasure from islands, and shouting “CHANGE THE SAILS” as loud as you can, have we got the game for you. In this episode of the Normal Nerds Podcast we share our thoughts on one of the best seafaring games on the market Sea of Thieves. Hear us rave about the importance crows nest and how boring steering the ship can be (and yes Max steering is boring). But most of all you will walk away from this episode really understanding why the game is not called Sea of Friends.
