Bud brings on a very special, anonymous guest who has a cold, and thinks they sound sexy but they just sound like Donald Trump; "what's dummer than talking about fractals? . . .talking about theatre."
LOCAL PRO WRESTLING; "This guy looks like an accountant! He's gonna do your fucking taxes!" - Jheri Gigolo, pointing at Bud in the audience; wherein Bud woefully neglects to make a Goldstar Lesbian joke when Kiki says, "Oh, goldstar dot com. I'm on that website!"; first time a married couple comes on the podcast; in which we learn that Spenser always cries at Rent; the perfect amount of MILITIA ETHERIDGE jokes are made; etc.
Vincent lucks out a second time with a very good play. Plenty of spoilers. And just so you know, there was a very long tangent about what it's like having an early middle aged penis and how it pertains to frequently, accidentally, peeing on the seat- which I edited out, because, gross.
"What are the parameters for this conversation?"; "Ok this is starting to get non-consentual. . ."; Rachel's deep aversion to jazz-hands; Further exploration of Sheila's general standoffishness; What exactly is a normal accent for a worker in a 1950's Chinese restaurant?
Titty shimmies; Ketty rips some people's buttholes; A nutritional perspective; Cabernet sauvignon; "It's a nice boob- give it a squeeze"; Shitty white girls; Really terrible acting; What happens when you leave the house lights on; Bud gets married
Children making cum jokes on stage; feminism for 12 year olds; multiple Bud ex-girlfriends get roasted by Jourdan; Spring Valley parking lot boozing; Adelle is shocked and appalled; flatulence; Jourdan gets swindled out of $20; real talk about how important it is to bone your friends (Season 1 finale big reveal!)
Stuart is a fucking clown- Nathan embarks on a gis career- Bud gets very drunk, and once again mentions one of his ex-girlfriends by name within 15 minutes- Good acting vs. good performing vs. good directing- The case of the incredibly long stage- "That's my seat. . .no, I bought that seat; it has my name on it. . ."
"You're trying to convince me. . . and you're a dummy."; "Ok we're not ever having a guest who has seen "My Dinner With Andre" back on the podcast, ok?"; "I think I've sucked a lot of the air out of the room . . . I ruin everything.". Probably the drunkest and most belligerent episode to date.
Not a goddamned bad thing to say about this play whatsoever. You'll be shocked by how delighted your hosts were by their experience. I'm not even being sarcastic; this was a very fun play. Please please please check out the North Park Vaudeville and Candy Shoppe theater. SUMMER AND JEFF FOREVER.
