We don't know much about Joseph of Arimathea, but when we see how he responds to Jesus' death on the cross, we can learn a lot from him.

Jesus says in John 19, "it is finished." We look at how that affects our salvation, and the fact that we have been saved, are being saved, and will be saved.

Spending another week looking at the results of the cross of Jesus Christ, we see true love in Jesus laying down his life, and how we can do the same in response.

As we look at the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, we see not only what he did on the cross, but also what it means for our relationship with God.

We see Jesus suffer as he stands trial, is mocked and beaten, and edges closer to his crucifixion. Jesus provides the perfect example of how to suffer well, and how to keep the ultimate prize in mind in the midst of pain.
