We start the show with some stories from Joel and his adventure outside of the big city to “the bay” and a cabin. Things are a lot different in smaller towns. Joel wonders if you should keep making new friends as an adult. A guy stole 170,000 litres of diesel and we critique his thievery skills. The building of a former Rub & Tug is for sale and we wonder if it can ever move past its history. Apparently, there are plenty of these services around town. It’s strange that surrogate mothers don’t get paid. Big undertaking for no money. We address an article that says cleavage isn’t cool anymore, and wrap up the show after Nick says Joel shouldn’t be wearing lip balm. Joel agrees.

The boys are back, and Nick starts by explaining how he got out of being locked in a bathroom. We talk about the new Eastern Health campaign to stop students from drinking so much. While on the topic of bad habits, we find that an insanely high number of break-open tickets are sold in NL every year. Are the public piano’s annoying? MUN’s got a complaint recently. We talk about the culture of having a beer or three after sports games and driving home after. After the recent robbery of a guy on a “date” with someone he met online, we delve into some bad websites and look at fake hookers and local scammers being outed. This turns to the messed of topic of selling worn underwear for a fetish, and Joel accidentally orders a pair. Even on an uncensored podcast the boys find some things that shouldn’t be said! It takes a turn for the worst after googling if there are male underwear available, so the podcast is shut down for another week.

Labour day weekend special! “Travis” is our guest this week. Joel is wearing a hat that the boys don’t like. We share some fun stories of shoe shopping and some downtown stuff that’s happened during the last 4 nights in a row of Joel getting on the beer. There is a lot of swearing in this show, mainly from Joel who really got into the beer. We have a great discussion about downtown food options, including the hot dog carts. Huge disappointment this weekend with the Selena Gomez show not going ahead. That’s sad. We try to get some phone calls but it gets broken and it’s not going well. We finally chat to our friend Andrew who kind of helps set up the phone. Nick makes fun of the shirt Joel is wearing (again) .. Andrew says it’s a sausage party and we need some females. Well, that’s a good point. Joel has way too many beers to do much else, we chat about guns briefly, and then the dude who went on a date and got robbed. People do silly things for love! It’s time to wrap it up so the boys call it quits and see you next time.
