February is Heart Month so the North of Scotland Football League will be taking part in the Every Minute Matters campaign this weekend ran by British Heart Foundation where people get the opportunity to learn CPR by using the free online RevivR course.

All games this weekend will be designated to start a minute late to emphasis the difference between life and death.

As a result of one of our players collapsing in a friendly a few seasons ago, we have made it mandatory for all North of Scotland Football League clubs to have access to defibrillators at grounds. We would encourage people to take part in this initiative as you never know when you might need to use these skills.
