Northside Bible Church

One of the healthiest things that a local church can do is preach the Word of God and expect it to work. Scriptures give us all we need to know for life and all the principles we need for decision-making.

As believers, we all know that we should be attending and contributing to our local church body. But, have you ever paused to reflect on the priorities of the Church? What exactly is the Church supposed to be doing in and for the community and how can we practically carry out that mission? Believe it or not, when we live worthy of the Gospel, we are able to unify ourselves for the glory of Christ and His Kingdom!

One of the core values of a good and healthy church is a big fancy term referred to as "discipleship." But what does this word actually entail and how can you better understand the principles behind it?

What is the Gospel? How can you know the difference between the true Gospel and the dozens of false gospels that permeate our modern American culture? Join us right here for part 4 of Pastor Stan’s series “Our Church.”

As a part of the Body of Christ, you are a witness of what Jesus has done in your own life and the life of the Church! What's your personal testimony supposed to look like? How did the greatest testimonies of the New Testament come to be? Why do they continue to have such a lasting impact hundreds of thousands of years later? In part three of Pastor Stan's ongoing series "Our Church" we dive head first into some amazing truths about New Testament testimonies and how to share your faith in just a few sentences!

Our Church: Part 2

Take a moment to ponder the following: Why does Northside gather? Why do local churches like ours even bother getting together on Sundays, Wednesdays, and throughout the week for groups and activities? Why do we meet corporately and in homes? Is it just for some warm fuzzies and social interaction or is there a deeper value to what we do?

Today, Pastor Stan will launch a brand new series exploring the wondrous beauty and eternal value of the local church. When Christ left the Earth, He commissioned the disciples to institute The Church. And The Church is the hope of the world and God's plan until Christ returns.

So what's your role in this epic journey?
