Residents of Vancouver gathered outside city hall today ((ON MONDAY)) to protest increasing Immigration and Customs Enforcement detentions. OPB's Erik Neumann reports, those include a man who says officers drove over his foot last week.

The family of a Vancouver man detained by immigration authorities is trying to call attention to his arrest. Jose Paniagua (pah-knee-AGUA) was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers on December 4th. His family says during the arrest, ICE agents drove over his foot while he was restrained.
