With more than 2,200 National Guard troops deployed in Washington, D.C., Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton has introduced legislation requiring body cameras for all federal forces. Norton says the measure would protect residents and troops, ensure transparency, and counter what she calls a raw assertion of power under President Trump’s law-and-order agenda.
