Having completely forgotten the past few episodes, Gladys pulls out another trio of wigs to seduce you into coming back home. Austin is joined by Jillian and together they mostly talk about this episode, but other things inevitably sneak in, and by the end they've forgotten who they are and what they're doing.

Do you hear that? That's the sound of my mind breaking as I try to appropriately discuss Larry's workplace sexual harassment and general view of women. THIS SHOW. I still like it, but man. It can be a lot. We'll also talk about hibernating, because, IDK, I found that analogy and fell in love with it. Stick around to the end of the episode where I, once again, forget Irene Vernon's name. Sorry, Irene Vernon. I really do think you did a wonderful job.

The words "OF COURSE I KNOW WHO VANNA WHITE IS" are shouted in this episode, so you know it's going to be a beautiful one. David L. Pierce, author of "The Bewitched History Book", returns to talk about Pleasure O'Riley's sister, Danger, who keeps a dictionary in the kitchen and is also maybe the most wonderful mortal this show has given us. Austin forgets the history of copy&paste. Christopher George's Playgirl centerfold is mentioned. Obviously this is going to be a classy one.

Live from a hotel room in Houston, Austin sits inside an air conditioner and discusses the 29th episode of Bewitched. Gladys makes it rain. Abner becomes a believer. Samantha and Darrin step farther over that moral line in the sand. Esther Perlman comes to visit and Mrs. Grunbacher thinks about Venus.

I jumped the gun this week and talked a lot about Abner Kravitz, even though the next episode literally has his name in the title. But it's okay! Because I think we get a lot of really good insight into Abner today. Darrin does his most egregious nonsense yet. Samantha sticks to her principles. Gladys crashes into some doors. Everything's working out great in Morning Glory Circle.

You know it's rude to come out and say "Aunt Clara's here, make sure the doorknobs are secure" but you also kind of know you need to say it because you've had to replace 6 in the last month. Maybe you can distract her this time with your montages and your goldfish collection (?????). This week, Austin talks about the episode where Aunt Clara becomes a babysitter, and Samantha and Darrin also are in it.

Two episodes after our proto-Serena episode, we reach the proto-Arthur episode, and it's such a relief! Also, hello, it's been a little while, hasn't it? Yeah. That's on me. But to make up for my brief absence, I've brought with me Nick from the You're Too Show and Every Day's Great podcasts! He'll be taking over the role of Paul Lynde. Please find him in the center square.

There's a ladybug crawling on my microphone as I type out this episode description, and let me tell you dear listener, the sounds coming from its tiny legs are surely more heartwarming than the things I talk about today. I want to provide an accurate description of what is said this episode, but instead I think I'll leave you the phone number of The National Domestic Violence Hotline, which you should call if you or someone you know is a victim of domestic violence.

Do you ever experience that thing where your sister answers the phone and you're not sure whether it's your sister or your mother? That's kind of what this whole episode is. Austin's back to talk about the proto-Serena episode in which Endora gets to date a mortal and Samantha gets to clean the windows. But at least she got those pork chops that were on sale, I guess.

Aunt Clara may collect doorknobs, but she's got nothing on Endora's fascination with traffic signals. This week, Austin looks at Darrin's sudden change of heart about magic, and guys? It's the most wonderful, enjoyable part of this episode. There's lots of enjoyable parts, of course, but a totally content Darrin makes it all the more so.
