Not a Jerry

Miles has been making a name for himself in the snowboarding industry since he was a young age. When he is not snowboarding, Miles enjoys skating, hiking, and surfing. Miles has had many accomplishments in his career, most recently winning the dew tour, and I have to mention that he took home the gold at Big Boulder’s coveted Hell Track.

This east coast native is an amazing rider who is well known around the world. Super stoked to welcome our very first pro on Not a Jerry!!!!

A bit of a change up, this week we will hear from the groms that call Big Boulder Park home. Rapid fire questions will go down as the Pocono Peak Team sessions the hike park. We let a few skiers squeak in there too. 

Aside from being a die hard Eagles fan - Go Birds! Mark Gama enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, and traveling. Mark is the owner of JahFeelz a company that focuses on positivity and helping families with children who are patients at CHOP’s cancer center.

Ari Morrone is an amazing rider who has a positive, upbeat personality. Recently Ari took a third on the Dew Tour, and has recently left the area to pursue new adventures in Tahoe.

Omar is a long time snowboarder who is a regular at Big Boulder. Omar has recently added snowboard instructor to his resume. I am really interested in speaking with Omar because he is a founder of Hoods to Woods, a snowboarding program that is based out of Big Boulder.

LJ Henriquez who is eleven years old, is an amazing rider not only for his age, but when compared to riders way older than him. Because of his talent, LJ has been invited to be part of all kinds of elite events such as the Burton Qualifiers, SKOLF,  and many more.

Shawn Kalatucka has made a name for himself at Big Boulder with his awesome photography skills. Shawn can often been found behind a camera lens shooting Big Boulder's finest. When it comes to snowboarding, Shawn can throw down in a major way himself. 

Pete Rubincam has been snowboarding longer than most of us have been on the planet. He is a wealth of knowledge, and he is incredibly well respected in the snowboarding community. In this episode Pete talks about the evolution of snowboarding, tuning, and his journey as a rider.
