Not According To Plan

Lara shares her story of the years in an abusive relationship, and how she got out of it. There are some details of the abuse which may be difficult to hear for some listeners. She shares where she found her strength and different programs that specifically help women escape abuse. 

In this episode my mom and I go through when I was struggling with anorexia and bulimia. The things that were, and would have been helpful as well as what made it difficult.
