Ling Ling runs a podcast titled Leaders Of Learning and we talk about knowing our audience, and planning an episode around that. We explore the topics positive and negative emotions and how to deal with negative emotions. Ling Ling explains her reasons for talking to her guest online while I raise the question to about having a different dynamic when having a conversation in the internet and talking face to face. Ling Ling reveals about having the dream of doing an interview when she was younger and being a third-culture kid. I ask her knowing oneself and while she explains to me what she meant by ever-evolving after I try to talk about boundaries philosophically.

I went for a music gig for a pink floyd tribute band in Singapore and saw a girl dressed up wearing a kimono in that gig. I try to wrap my head with that. I am questioning my identity if what I thought a huge part of me being taken away and the reason why we have our ideology and group differences online.

Edit: The title of the song I tried to recall which is by Pink Floyd is "Wish You Were Here"

I think that do a podcast like this as an audio diary is like having a glorified blog and obviously I don't like a blog in the early 2000s. I have stopped drinking for 2 weeks and trying to figure out what have I done again at that faithful night. I thought having a stigma on mental health is important.

Phoon Chi Ho started out doing sketch during college became one of the most sought after stand up comic in Malaysia. Before committing to be a full time stand up, Chi Ho started out as a writer for plastic surgery and Men's magazine, FHM in the conservative Malaysia and we discuss about his point of view when it comes to plastic surgery. I raise the questions about having money while honing the craft before we talk about having a family while doing comedy. We found out the truth about marketing and Chi Ho convince me about having "Me" time and making a conscious decision doing nothing. We then compare about the difference between the laws in Malaysia and Singapore.

I made an analogy about jobs as girlfriends while trying to justify why I have to be employed by an insurance agency during an interview. I am really proud of a documentary that I was very lucky to be a part of and I criticized the advertisement and the response video that was being done to the advert. I talked about my drinking problem and try being sober in the month of August.
