After Laura was asked how one goes about manifesting something into reality, we decided to discuss what we understand about the concept of manifestation. Are there universal vibrations waiting to be harnessed? Is it just good old fashioned hard work and elbow grease? Both? Tune in, and tell us what YOU think!

Last week we talked about body image and how we are trying to break the cycle of thinking when it comes to our bodies and the food we put into it. It only made sense for us to continue the conversation around feeding our children and teaching them a new way of approaching the ways we fuel our bodies and being mindful of what makes us feel strong. The development of the feeding process is an interesting one, guiding the progression from first introduction of solid foods to watching them paint with quesadillas all over the dining table. It’s not been our favorite journey, and it’s one we suspect you can relate to!

In this episode we finally decided to begin tackling the topic of body image, a lifelong challenge for both of us. This topic is particularly important to us as humans whose struggles with body image are deeply ingrained, and it feels especially important now that we are moms to tiny humans. This conversation manages to cover a lot- and also barely scrapes the surface- and we think anyone who has ever tied their self worth to their outward appearance can relate to this one.

Danielle has several existential crises and forgets to talk out loud, while Laura educates the people on what she is pretty sure might be true about time as we know it.
