Should kids be allowed to dye their hair? Is it really that deep? And what happens when the school actually approves of it?

They also look back on a trip to the Tower of London, Nathan's apparent friendship with a Beefeater and his questionable knowledge of royal history, before getting onto something slightly more important - keeping the romance alive when you've got kids.

Because date nights sound great in theory. In reality, finding the time, energy and inclination can be a completely different story. Nathan and Cara talk honestly about intimacy after having children, how kids change your relationship and whether romance can survive the relentless demands of family life.

Then things get even more personal with the big vasectomy debate. Who should take responsibility for family planning? Would Nathan actually go through with it? And if there was a male contraceptive pill, would he take it?

Nathan and Cara return for another unfiltered therapy session on Not In Front Of The Kids, and this week they are joined by special guests Mica and Marcus (Gogglebox royalty).

Together, the couples dive into the highs, lows, and absolute chaos of long-term relationships and modern parenting, including their 20-Year milestone: Mica and Marcus reveal how they've kept the spark alive for over two decades, sharing their golden rules on respect, giving each other breathing room, and mastering the art of the "friend mode" vs. "mom/dad mode."

Nathan and Cara receive one of those phone calls from school every parent dreads... they however, doesn't think it's quite the scandal everyone else does.

This week they're talking all things school!

From chaotic mornings and WhatsApp parent groups to whether schools are actually preparing children for adult life, they ask if the education system has got its priorities right.

They also debate whether taking your children out of school for Disneyland should really land parents with a fine, why homeschooling suddenly doesn't sound like such a crazy idea, and whether Nathan was undermined after catching his son sneaking onto the PlayStation at 11:30pm.

Then, in The Courtroom, they deliver their verdict on a dad whose unusual punishment for bullying left his son in tears.

Nathan was almost kidnapped from a supermarket as a child. It's one of those family stories that sounds completely made up... except it isn't.

Before recording, Nathan and Cara also have a blazing row in public that ends with Nathan buying Cara a gift just to get back in her good books.

Then it's onto one of parenting's biggest challenges: discipline.

Do parents secretly believe their children can do no wrong? Nathan and Cara certainly don't. They discuss why they know their own kids can be absolute knobs, Delilah's favourite threat of telling her teachers they've hit her whenever she's told off, and why Nathan pulled exactly the same trick on his own mum as a child.

In The Debate, they argue over whether couples should have sex at least once a week, while Cara insists Nathan needs to earn it by doing more around the house.

Then, in The Courtroom, they decide whether a dad who accidentally left his child behind in a supermarket deserves to be found guilty... or whether every parent is capable of making the same mistake.

And in The Courtroom this week: a parent secretly put an AirTag in their child's school bag. Their friends say it's a massive breach of trust. The parent says the world is terrifying and they'd do it again. Guilty or not guilty? Nathan and Cara give their verdict.

Nathan's clothes have been sat in the same pile for a week, the Kärcher is still blocking the kitchen, and apparently cleaning the car is now a love language. Is there really such a thing as men's jobs and women's jobs, or is someone just getting away with doing less?

Then it's onto one of parenting's biggest battlegrounds – food.

Should children eat what's put in front of them, or are parents making life harder by cooking three different dinners every night? Are fussy eaters born that way, or are they created? Is it cruel to send your child to school hungry because they refused breakfast, or is it teaching them a valuable lesson? Should dessert, screen time and PlayStation be used as bargaining chips? And if your child refuses dinner but asks for snacks an hour later… who's actually in charge?

Nathan and Cara also debate whether family meals around the table are becoming a thing of the past, if screens should be banned at dinner, and whether parents put far too much pressure on themselves to feed their children the "perfect" diet.
