In part 1, we deep-dive into Matt's improbable backstory and the "dad-bod" culture along with its negative effects on society. On a related note, we explain how the celebration of mediocrity leads to bigger societal problems and a change in the definition of health.. And how understanding marketing and psychology makes it easy to see how many people could be manipulated by carefully crafted headlines.

In this episode, I'm joined by the amazing Jesi Stracham. In 2015, Jesi was the passenger on a motorcycle when it collided with a car. She woke up a week later in the ICU without the use of her legs due to a spinal cord injury.
Instead of accepting her disability as her reality, she rejected the prognosis that she would be wheelchair dependent for the rest of her life. However, since the onset of her injury, she has achieved more than she previously dreamed possible and has generated a significant following in both the spinal cord injury and able-bodied community.
She is the founder of Wheel With Me Foundation, the owner of Wheel With Me Consulting, and a fitness and growth coach. Through her struggles, she works for teaching individuals the power of our mindset. Jesi is an honest, authentic, America-loving athlete.
This episode is guaranteed to shift your perspective. It will fill you with gratitude, destroy your excuses, and help you realize what is possible.

In this episode, I'm joined by Lauren Johnson. After getting her masters in performance psychology, Lauren found herself working a Starbucks drive-through until a comment from a customer set her on a different path that eventually led to her spending over 5 years as the Mental Conditioning Coordinator for the New York Yankees, where she was the go-to resource for players and staff when they needed to improve their mental state to perform at peak levels.
Lauren now trains professional athletes, military personnel, and business professionals through national speaking engagements, educational training workshops, and consulting. Her practical, straightforward advice and mental performance strategies help individuals develop mental toughness so they can perform their best regardless of circumstance.
If you want to know how the best athletes in the world think and operate differently than most people, this episode is for you.

In this episode, I'm joined by Mark Evans, commonly known as Mark Evans DM or simply The DM, which stands for Deal Maker. After nearly dropping out of high school, he went on to start his first real estate company at 19. Since then, after nearly sending one of his businesses into bankruptcy, he started or acquired multiple cashing-flowing businesses over the years.
But he's not the typical hustle 24/7 no time to relax big-time entrepreneur. He has very carefully designed his lifestyle to include lots of freedom and free time while running two 8-figure businesses from all over the world. He has been referred to as the Godfather of virtual real estate.
He is also a 10-time best-selling author and enjoys giving back, donating all of the money earned on the sale of his books to charitable foundations. He also regularly gives away fully refinished and furnished houses to homeless veterans.
Tune in for one of the most value-heavy episodes yet, with constant mind-shifting lessons and takeaways that you can instantly apply to your life.
This episode is also guaranteed to greatly shift your perspective on what's possible, what's important, and what you can do to live a life most people only ever dream of.

In this episode, I'm joined by Aaron Nash. Aaron is the founder and CEO of P-Fit, an exploding fitness franchise based out of Florida. He also recently founded the supplement brand WAYT Nutrition and is a co-founder of Kids Lives Matter, a nonprofit that works to stop human trafficking.
Aaron's style is refreshingly direct and to-the-point, but that definitely doesn't mean it's for everyone. He is known on social media to say things that can be seen as polarizing, but this has also led to much of his success.
If you love the real, unfiltered, raw truth, you're going to love this episode. Tune in as we cover valuable entrepreneurial lessons, why you shouldn't be liked by everyone, how to solve the real health crisis of obesity in America, and other ultra-relevant topics.
