On this week’s episode the girls catch up and talk about school, KB’s recent travels, and the incoming hot girl summer. In Almost Adulting the girls talk about procrastination and how to overcome it. They also talk about communication in relationships and what to do when you’re dealing with someone who prefers to ignore the problem. In Locker Room Talk Sam and KB talk about open relationships and if they trust men who say they’re in one (can we ever really trust men?) The girls are also back on the booze in Booze Bracket and in honor of KB’s trip out East they’re sipping Blue Lobsters. Cheers everyone!

The girls are back! Exam season almost killed them but here they are. This week they talk about KB's trip to Montreal, Sam's weekend with TEAMLTD and life finally going back to normal. In Almost Adulting they talk about what to do when someone projects their insecurities onto you. In Locker Room talk the girls talk about cuffing season and if it's finally coming to an end. Hey everyone, it's been a while! This week the girls are getting absolutely destroyed by midterms, COVID (yikes KB), and aging (HBD Sam). The girls talk about being in ruts and what to do to get out of one. In honor of Sam's birthday, the girls talk about sliding into the DM's with a HBD and why they don't vibe with it. One good thing to come out of this rut is the TV time the girls have gotten in. They talk about Too Hot To Handle and share their thoughts on the recent season. The girls still aren't drinking so no Booze Bracket this week - don't come for them.

It's Valentine's Day! Or singles appreciation day, depending on what you're celebrating. Regardless, love is in the air and the girls are talking all about it. In Locker Room Talk, Sam and KB talk about V-day gifts and dates. When should you participate with your special someone and when is it too early? They also talk about pick-up lines and their favorite ways to slide into the dms. In Almost Adulting they talk about affording therapy. It's time to invest in yourselves people. The girls also introduce a new pop culture segment. Mentally they just cannot booze bracket anymore. They dive into the show everyone is talking about right now - Euphoria. Happy Love Day everyone, or independence day or whatever.

This week the girls are feeling burnt out... (what else is new?) They're pretty open about how they've been feeling down but are looking to turn things around.  Sam and KB talk about sharing your location and leaving on reading receipts with significant others. They also talk about guys having separate phones for their social media and if they think that's shady or not. No alcohol again for this week's booze bracket, but don't worry, they've got some shenanigans in store for the next episode! 

This week's episode takes place as Ontario is hit with the biggest snowstorm of the year.  It's a serious shit show out there. This leads the girls into an almost adulting conversation about Instagram and how to still look hot even when it's a lockdown and a snowstorm. Sam also shares how a fake-only fans account was made under her name. In Locker Room Talk the girls chat about relationships moving fast in certain situations like the pandemic, camp, work, military, etc. This leads them to talk about reality tv (of course) and how this happens all the time on some of our favorite shows. 

It's a new year everyone! In this week's episode, the girls talk about their very different New Years' experiences. KB went to Florida, and Sam got got by the VID. In Almost Adulting, they talk about intuition and gut feelings.  In Locker Room Talk the girls talk Simping. They define what a Simp is and if they've ever been caught Simping. In Booze Bracket KB talks about how Booze is better in the States and the girls do a bit of Ontario hating. Happy New Year everyone!

In this week's episode, the girls get "icky" in Locker Room Talk. They discuss what the "ick" is in relationships, how you get it, and what to do about it. Sam and KB also share their red and green flags in relationships. This leads them straight into Almost Adulting where they talk about relationship tag and multiple streams of income. This week the girls do their first-ever Biebs Bracket. They test out the new Tim Hortons/Justin Bieber Tim Biebs. KB even ignored her gluten and dairy allergies for you guys, and JB of course. 

Sam and KB start off this week's episode by recapping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend. The girls also talk about their workload and how they're feeling a little burnt out. In Almost Adulting they get into it about sleep and how to get more of it, even though they're not exactly pros themselves. In Locker Room Talk Sam and KB talk about Christmas gifts for significant others. That awkward gift-giving stage in the relationship... yeah when's the right time?
