We will be taking a little bit of a break now, planning for season 2 and deciding what that looks like now that our lovely Alison is also a soon to be mama!

Today the girls will talk about their experiences setting boundaries with narcissists, and how you can do it too. With these examples, tips, and the encouragement that you CAN do this - we hope you are motivated to instill some supportive boundaries in your life.
