From what we can see about Rahab, it’s surprising that God used her. From the evidence in her past, she seems to be someone God would not choose to use. However, her commitment to God is right. And because of that commitment, God cancelled out everything that was wrong about her past and allowed her to become part of the lineage of Jesus.
