Jon Steffens writes horror and dark fiction. His novelette The God in the Hills was nominated for a Splatterpunk Award, and his short story “The Bone Mother” was up for a 2021 Horror Authors Guild Award. In 2022, his collection The God in the Hills and Other Horrors won Best Collection at the inaugural Literary Nasties. Additionally, Jon was a contributor to Rue Morgue for several years, and a contributing writer for The Overstreet Guide to Collecting Horror and The Overstreet Price Guide to Star Wars Collectibles. He lives near Fort Worth, Texas.
Meghan Lamb is the author of Mirror Translation (Blamage Books, forthcoming) COWARD (Spuyten Duyvil, 2022), Failure to Thrive (Apocalypse Party, 2021) All of Your Most Private Places (Spork Press, 2020) and Silk Flowers (Birds of Lace, 2017). Her work has also appeared in Quarterly West, DIAGRAM, Redivider, and Passages North, among other publications. She served as the 2018 Philip Roth Writer-in-Residence at Bucknell University, and currently teaches creative writing through the University of Chicago, Story Studio, and GrubStreet. She is the nonfiction editor for Lover’s Eye and Nat. Brut and the fiction editor for Bridge Journal and Bridge Books. She creates music, video, and performance art under the names Iron Like Nylon and Violet.Fistula.
Lindsay Lerman is the author of I'm From Nowhere (2019) and What Are You (2022). She is also the translator of François Laruelle's first book. She holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. Her short stories, essays, and poems have been published in the Los Angeles Review of Books, New York Tyrant, and elsewhere. Through her intensive series, Climbing Down, she leads courses that combine creative writing and close reading of select philosophy texts. She lives in Berlin.

Matthew Mitchell is a fiction and comics writer from the Ozarks. His debut novella CHAINDEVILS received the Literary Nasties Award and his short fiction has been published in various anthologies, including the award-winning VOID HAUS. Matthew’s comics have appeared in Heavy Metal Magazine and he is co-editor of the HORRORIUM comics anthology.
Derek Fisher is a writer from Toronto. He is the author of Container, a forthcoming short story collection through With an X Books. He recently published a strange little book called Night Life with Posthuman Magazine, and was a contributor to the Tragical Lizard Brain horror anthology. Michael Tichy is an author and psychiatric nurse practitioner from the gaping maw of grey America that is Ohio. His debut novel, The Winnowing Draw, was just released in February of this year. Previous works include the novella, Behind Every Tree, Beneath Every Rock and the collection, Wound of the West (Castaigne). His stories have appeared in the anthologies Shredded, Into the Crypts of Rays, and Shiver.
