We also discuss matters of eating disorders, and how the words from others impacted us negatively and fed into the eating disorders both Misha and Emily individually experienced.

This conversation does touch on some sensitive topics, and we want to make aware to those of you who may still be struggling with eating disorders, or disordered thoughts, that this podcast may be triggering, so please listen at your own discretion.
