This is our final Podcast about the GO bonds for the city of Allen. 

In this episode we were blessed to have Murry McKenzie, a longtime Allen resident and a member of the downtown steering committee. Murry shares how the bond if passed will be utilized to renovate the down area of Allen.

Murry also shares the substantial citizen input that has gone into the vision of what a new  downtown Allen would potentially look like.

This episode is focused on the upcoming 2nd Annual Starlight Gala hosted by Texas Health Resources Allen. It is on November 11th(Veterans Day) 7:00pm to 11:00pm at the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel in Allen.

We were blessed to have Meredith Duncan and Dr. Dale Yoo join us to talk about Texas Health resources Allen's Veterans organization program in the Allen and Plano hospitals and the Cardiology program in Allen. 

Dr. Dale Yoo the head of the Electrophysiology department shares how the funds raised at the gala will benefit the rapidly expanding Cardiovascular program  and the citizens in and around Allen.

Ken also shares his personal story of his electrophysiology ablation procedure performed by Dr. Yoo.

We start off Season 3  of Not Your Power Couple with our guest, Allen Police Chief Brian Harvey.

Chief Harvey took the time out of his busy schedule to give some background and education on the current police Allen headquarters and the vision of what a new headquarters will look like with the passage of the GO Bond.

Election Day to vote for the Police Headquarters Bond and others is on November 7th with early voting starting on October 23rd. 

Carol and I encourage Allen citizens to research all the bonds and we personally believe you should VOTE YES for Allen and vote for the new police headquarters.
