I was blown by his story of failure, overcoming those and becoming a perfect epitome on how to win despite all the challenges he seriously faced. If you were given the opportunity to pick one profession you feel that women need to be more in population or numbers and command, what male dominant profession will that have to be?   I am so excited about this episode as our guest in today’s podcast is someone so dear to me. We have Ceilo Lucero of the US Army. We had so much fun and crazy history together. She is my batch mate in high school.   You see, change is understood better in action than words. While it is about time for people to stop believing that men alone can be suited up in uniforms and serve the country, the talk is now converted into action.  Over the last couple of years, women have shattered the glass ceiling by joining the armed forces – Army, Navy, and Air Force - to serve their countries.   While the role of women in the armed forces was limited to the medical profession, along the way, the armed forces have had to bend the norm and accommodate women’s might and passion, signaling a radical move towards gender parity.  Women have to face significant difficulties like unequal payments, gender divisions, homophobia and disrespect.  SALUTE TO ALL WOMEN IN UNIFORM!
