Tattooed and Employed. Like myself, like my wife Macy, like our guests husband like herself. And we’re proud of it.  Tattoos shouldn't limit your career prospects. Your career goals. You can always make a decent living with your body inked. And we can prove that.  But you see right now, it’s not really about being employed or having to have a job while you have tattoos in your body. I think it’s the label. A proud native of Surallah South Cotabato. And I think we have so many things in common too. Apart from tattoos, she also has a massive shoe collection too. He, by far, is the youngest man (at age 30) that I PERSONALLY know who’s making millions at a very young age. We have our very first female guest on today’s show. She is stunning! She is super smart and one of the coolest and yet has the most sensible perspective about life or work that we all should listen to. Nothing can go wrong with you if you get to speak or work with her. Really.   Today’s show is about “work-life balance.” And apart from my wife, Macy… I can only think of one person among my peers or networks that does this pretty well. And that’s somehow one of the reasons we’ll be talking about this topic today and one of the reasons why I invited her to be on our show.   Work-life balance is an important aspect of a healthy work environment. Maintaining work-life balance helps reduce stress and helps prevent burnout in the workplace.  You see, it’s cool to be busy. It’s cool to party too. But, having either one of those things abused, is a bad thing. There has to be balance in everything you do.   And this is something freelancers like myself, a single mom working from home, a struggling virtual assistant, a call center agent, a pump attendant, a police officer, a teacher, our front liners can certainly make full use of.  Disclaimer: Believe it or not, the concept of her putting up her own digital marketing agency, Monday Marketing, simply came from their every Monday brunch meet up with her best friends and along with the idea, was the birth of Monday Marketing which they launched last Monday.
