Nothing Butt Stuff

Disclaimer#2: Thanks to the 2x fans who did our poll! It was probably just Lewis & Isaac themselves. We did NOT get time to add-in the results of the poll for this episode. We will reveal all in the future, rest assured.

Are Lewis’ trivia skills Sloppy or Floppy? Find out just how much he needs to get some new hobbies in this week’s episode of Nothing Butt Stuff. Then we ramp things up with our first (kind-of) non-western film as we arrive in India for a chance to ask, are you a true Disco Fighter? In Delhi Belly (2011). This week we also ask where the border is: between waking moments of pure nightmare, surrounded by eternal screams into the bowls of depravity, and… love making? Gary knows, and soon, so will you.

Finally, you, the magnificent audience, get to tell us how a fight ends. Indi tries to escape a nightmare but does he beat Freddy? Listen and vote for your chance to decide. The real nightmare though is clearly that Seagal is back in action with this week’s Movie Stuff, in Submerged (2005). This time, he’s brought a mad scientist and Vinnie Jones along for the ride. And can Isaac decipher the quiz this week? We’ll have to find out together if he can, indeed, YOLO his way through this one.

Are you bold and brave? Did you earn your power? Or was it thrust upon you, against your will? We find out this week as we take on a quiz to decipher the truth. Or maybe your magic power is ACTING, like James McAvoy. We delve into Split (2016) to find out if M Night Shyamalan is still relevant? Fear not though, the true hero of the podcast is back, and Leslie is here to visit his Cousin Brother and catch up on all things rock.

Mercenary for Justice (2006) is our movie this week, I sincerely hope you watched it before, because this one is a corker, believe me. So much so that it only left time for one other segment, but at least it’s a freshly pressed NEW seggy for all our adoring fans, a quiz with a hidden theme… wait, that’s not hidden at all.

The sewer tunnels are a dark and dank place, the perfect hiding spot for a hobbit named Frodo as he’s hunted down by none other than the Black Widow herself, and did I mention she has a lawn mower? Then we have Primer (2004) to review, an extremely low budget time travel film that does its best to impress. And lastly, Gary, everyone’s childhood friend, finds himself in a magic bog.

The Last of Us

An ancient, small, green Jedi faces off against an old woman, only this old woman has a 50. Cal. machine gun. Yoda Vs Aunt May, in a strip club, what could go wrong. Our movie this week is The King (2019), so get ready for a lot of mud and bad french accents. Have you met Leslie before? He’s a Lizardman, and oh boy does he feel uncomfortable when he encounters the monster stowing away in his cargo hold.

Disclaimer: These episodes contain dark humour. Don’t like it? Then go away. ALSO, Lewis’ audio is… pretty crappy in this one. Blame the mic, not the co-host.

The last fight was comical, this one is just mean: Bob the Builder Vs Alien’s Xenomorph. Will Bob, the favoured underdog win? You’ll just have to listen and find out. For our movie review we are covering Tom Hanks’ sixth ever appearance, a TV Movie from 1982, following a bunch of D&D nerds who find out caves aren’t so good for their mental health. And for our resident RPG hero, Gary the Middle-Aged Warlock needs a little extra help disposing of the town guards.

Try and think of the most comical fight in the universe? That’s right, it’s Tasmanian Devil Vs Jar Jar Binks, you don’t want to miss this one. Then we have our review of Batman (1989), paying special attention to the mimes and musical henchman, and to top it all off we have Leslie the Lizardman escaping from space jail. What a ride.
