We are all about a healthy attitude toward food and body image, so this week Nikki chats with us in-depth about how intuitive eating isn't a recent fad, but in fact is a concept about really tuning into your body to develop a healthy relationship with food. While the idea that you should eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full can seem simple, for many people it's not. Thus the process of intuitive eating is reestablishing this connection.

Back for Season 2!! It is inevitable that we will all experience loss(es) at some point in our lives. Grief is the response to loss, and while conventionally we often consider grief as a response to the death of someone, we discuss about grief as a response to loss in general. We have both experienced grief in different ways, and so today we talk about these experiences and how to move through it. Grief is experienced emotionally, physically, cognitively, behaviorally, socially, culturally, and spiritually.
