I was thinking about DEI since we formed Unified Solutions America that focuses companies on meritocracy.

I thought what if DEI were applied everywhere. So you would have fat jockeys, for example.

Or why would a doctor need a license? I saw this report the other day on a doctor in Tucson AZ who killed dozens of people over about a 3 year period and he killed 6 of them in the last 6 months he worked.

He was on drugs, depressed…

And they expected him the self-report. Next, if he didn’t self-report, they expected a peer to report him.
