Notlim Taylor was born in Tarzana California. She was rushed to the hospital due to an emergency cesarean. When she was born her right leg kicked out first instead of her head. Her parents (Sha and Twain Taylor) couldn't decide nor agree what to name her, but the clever mom remembered watching Oprah Winfrey's episodes always noticing the ending credits and discovered the production read Harpo, which spelled backwards was Oprah! After her mom took just one look at her she decided to name her NOTLIM which spells MILTON backwards. MILTON is her biological father's first name.
