After months of questions and anticipation, we finally got a closer look at Pokémon Legends: Arceus during today’s Pokémon Presents stream. A new trailer went into way more detail about how the game actually works. It’s essentially a nature surveying game where players head out into the wild to complete research assignments. They’ll have to find a Pokémon, study its behavior, and figure out the proper way to catch it.

On Friday afternoon (Aug. 20), Kendrick Lamar surprised fans with a lengthy message about his whereabouts and upcoming music. Titled "Nu Thoughts" on a website called Oklama.com, Lamar detailed his journey over the last few years and said he's currently producing his "final TDE album."

"I spend most of my days with fleeting thoughts. Writing. Listening. And collecting old Beach cruisers. The morning rides keep me on a hill of silence," he began. "I go months without a phone. Love, loss, and grief have disturbed my comfort zone, but the glimmers of God speak through my music and family. While the world around me evolves, I reflect on what matters the most. The life in which my words will land next."

Then, Lamar reassured fans that he's working on new music and is proud of the "brotherhood" he established with his TDE family over the last 17 years.

Trippie Redd makes his return with the release of his latest album, Trip at Knight.

Trippie dropped Trip at Knight on Friday with the help of an all-star list of featured acts.

Along with Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti, and other peers, Trippie gathered some posthumous verses from both XXXTentacion and Juice WRLD. The Ohio-born superstar also made several Midwest connections by featuring Chicago’s Lil Durk and Polo G on the same track as well as creating a Detroit posse cut that features BabyFace Ray, Sada Baby, and Icewear Vezzo.

Leading up to the album’s release, it was rumored that Drake would make an appearance on a song called “Betrayal.” Yet, it seems like something stopped the track from making the final version of the album.

Despite this hiccup, Trippie is rolling full steam ahead. He has a tour to support the album that is set to begin on Aug. 25. Also, he curated an art exhibit at The Gallery in Los Angeles which will be a visual timeline for Trippie’s rise from a Soundcloud star to a global sensation.

Off his highly anticipated upcoming project We Love You Tecca 2, Lil Tecca unveiled “Repeat It,” featuring Gunna, after previewing the track on Instagram.

The social media preview generated over 1.5 million views and followed in the footsteps of “Money On Me,” Tecca’s first single off the album that has already amassed over five million streams. On “Repeat It,” Tecca’s vibrant flow skates along the track’s silky production, while Gunna comes through with his drippy machismo halfway through. In a recent interview with XXL, Tecca praised Gunna, and said he outdid himself with his verse. “Bruh, especially when I got the verse back? I’m like, Yeah, this n***a going crazy. It was lit. I ain’t even gon’ lie. It was lit ’cause that’s something. I definitely do like [his] music a lot. A lot, a lot. Bro is too fire.”

The rapper has been teasing We Love You Tecca 2 since the beginning of the summer and told XXL that the album will be vastly different from his previous work. “I would say this is different from both of [my other albums,]” he recently told . “Not music-wise. I’m not making no crazy country music or something, but I would say the process was different. Just the energy was different. It feels really natural. It feels really concentrated and focused. It’s definitely a vision. We’re not just lost in the sauce. There’s a vision.” Fans have been hungry for the We Love You Tecca sequel, especially since it was pushed back from its original release date and still has yet to drop. Hopefully this new single means the project is incoming.
