Concealing the unseen battles we face is not uncommon. We often find it difficult to break the silence and come out of the shadows of those hidden struggles. Living in the shadow of an abusive relationship leads us often hiding because of fear surrounding what others will think. That we have somehow failed. It takes strength to navigate through turbulent waters. Walking through the struggles also help us with future challenges just as we hear about her current journey. Join us as we celebrate the courage and resilience of someone that has walked the path as we offer a message of hope to those still finding their way out of the shadows.

Where do you find your worth? Is your
value rooted in the voices of the outside
world? Rise above the worldly judgement
and know that you are
fearfully and wonderfully made.
Making decisions in chaos is one of life's greatest challenges. In these moments, when you are no longer able to change a situation, I challenge you to change yourself. Finding peace and clarity within ourselves guides our choices. Focus on what can be controlled — thoughts, reactions, and next steps. Pause, breathe, and align with your core values and beliefs, even in chaos. Balance faith and action. Use the resources given to you and trust the outcome to Him who knows the answers.
Faith, prayers, quiet, counsel. All available for the clarity we seek.
How do you plan to incorporate what you heard here today in whatever challenges you are encountering?
If you had told younger me I would have been doing a podcast I would have chuckled. But then again younger me didn’t know all about this anyway. So here we are.
In this journey I hope to create a healing space. A space where voices unite to share stories of hope, resiliency, and faith. Everyone has a story to share and many need to hear them.
I hope you will enjoy listening. I am excited for what’s to come.
Here’s to healing conversations and those having them and those listening to them.
