Welcome back...again. In this episode Dr. Jenn Chrisman gives an inside look her own process navigating what she calls "the human experience." In a world that preaches perfection and demands particular expectations, Dr. Jenn offers a new paradigm...one of acceptance, while also bringing an honest and realistic understanding of what is truly required. Transformation doesn't happen by simply doing the things and going through the motions. It also doesn't happen by sitting on our couches wishing or talking about what we want to do differently. In this episode, Dr. Jenn provides you a first hand experience of the balance we must find and the nuances of creating change at the level of our identity while also still showing up and taking aligned and inspired action. If you enjoyed this episode make sure to share it and leave a review and help Dr. Jenn share her message and fulfill her mission to empower others to find and live by their most authentic truth.
