Yes, it’s been a while. I pray that you all are doing well. What a trying time this has been living through this deadly pandemic. So many of us hope that we are nearing the end of this challenging time and that things will return to a sense of normalcy soon.
Please continue to stay safe and let’s be kind to ourselves and others.
For seven years I have recorded audio podcast episodes and I have enjoyed doing that. I have been able to connect with so many of you throughout the world. I have learned from you and shared my humble expertise with you. We have had fun! What a journey this has been- with highs and lows and even a few falls along the way. Now you not only have the option of listening to these episodes but you can see me Live at our new podcast station. That's exciting news-given an opportunity to do one of the things that set my heart ablaze.
The podcast engineers will ensure that we are streaming on various platforms and I'll be there to connect with you; to have great conversations about serious and at times not so serious things. The goal is to share knowledge; to learn and connect; to meet with you exactly where you are.
Join me please on Tuesdays at 8p EST starting tomorrow 3/3/2020.
*If you would like to be a guest on the podcast and meet at the studio in person please contact me at [email protected] or call 862.202.0765. See you soon.

Young children are the future of tomorrow. It's important for them to understand that no matter how different they may be from others, that their lives matter.
As parents we have a responsibility to teach our children about the power of kindness. It's also important to teach them that it takes all types of people to make the world a special place.
Teaching children about the need to respect others that they see as different is a very important role we have as parents. Teaching them to embrace their own uniqueness is just as important. We must teach them while the are young, as we as helping them shapes their ideas about the world.
Florence Scovill said that the game of life is a game of boomerangs, our thoughts, words and deeds return to us with amazing accuracy. In order words, "as a man thinketh, so shall in be (Solomonic Law).
Therefore we must be militant about what we choose to think about as it relates to ourselves and others. Think poorly about someone else and you think receive just what you thought about. Mindful living allows us to be co-creators in the life that we desire. So therefore, we must control our minds; be the diligent rider and do not let your mind be the wild untamed, unguided elephant.

Everything starts with an idea. Sometimes we fail to believe in our ideas. Is it because we don't believe enough in ourselves and our capabilities? In order for an idea to become an objective reality, it requires us to work meticulously and consistently each day until we have accomplished whatever we intended too.
We must not only be dreamers but also doers. We must not only have faith but we must be good stewards and do the work to accomplish what we set out to achieve.
Gratitude opens the door to receiving more in our life. I'm grateful for your support. Thank you for believing in me.
We have the power of live and death at the tip of our tongues. What do we choose to speak about?
