We all have a comfort zone, and we need to break through, or better yet, habits we need to say no to.

In order to learn, grow and, expand we always need to revaluate certain goals and habits that have worked in the past.

Let go of those old thoughts and habits.

Do some reflection and look at those habits that worked in the past, but no longer serve your success journey.

As you grow and develop so should your habits and thoughts.

Visualize,  write them down and eliminate those that don't help or push you to grow.

And transform into that successful you.

We have all felt intimidated by others, this is not because you are small, but rather because you are not honoring what lies within you and in fact exaggerating what lies within others.

Don’t be too humble, completely admit that the strong characteristic you see within others is inside of you.

There is absolutely no need to put others on a pedestal and minimize yourself.

Ask yourself these questions when you find yourself intimidated.

1.    What specifically is about this person that I feel makes them so powerful?

2.    Where and when do you display and demonstrate that trait in your life and who sees these traits?

3.    What are the draw backs of them having that trait to you?

Level this playing field by neutralizing your infatuation of that trait.

Ask yourself these questions and do not live with intimidation, because you must honor those same qualities and traits within yourself.
