What's one thing that every New Grad PT should be focused on? Mentorship. The process to becoming an expert PT does not stop once you get your DPT degree. In fact, your graduation is just the beginning of your life long education on being a PT. Because your formal education is over, to continue to progress as a therapist you will need to find people (aka mentors) to guide you.
