I've waited a long time for Ms. Medo to make the drive to lil ol' Medford!! And then I didn't post the show for 3/4 of a year! Haha! Super interesting chat with a wonderful friend!! She's the BEST!
Well.... This show involved some pretty interesting ladies who have their own show called "The Drunken Twatwaffles"......and yes- I'm serious. Unfortunately- about halfway through the episode, Squadcast decided to have a hiccup that only effected the recording. So we continued to chat for over an additional hour, not knowing that nothing was working! Good talk anyway! Please enjoy the show!!
Well- this one is only about 9 months late! Haha!! We talked about anything and everything! This sweet lady is a Belgium-born Londoner! We had to really work to get this to come together because of the time difference! Chatting from across the 'the pond' was SO much fun!! I sincerely apologize for the delay! Please enjoy!!
Near-local friend and fellow real estate agent Cala Neu joins me for a chat this week! She is a super sweet person who was extremely pregnant and finally was able to carve out some time in her busy schedule to come down and chat! As normal, we talk about everything- going out on your own as a business owner, property management and rentals, girl scout cookies, old high school teachers, and so much more! Please enjoy the show!
If you want to get a hold of Cala for your real estate needs, her website is: https://northwoodswi.com/
My office landlord, entrepreneur, family man, and all-around "man about town"- Doug Gasek joins me for a last-minute chat! We cover a wide range of topics, as always! I found him to be funny and interesting- and asked him to join me for a recording- and he said yes. So please enjoy the show!
This episode kind of happened by accident! Ms. Ashley Yaklyvich messaged me as someone who could possibly help her put together a short video of her answering some questions about her experience with breast cancer. Her Cancer Center of America nurse, Danielle Brown wanted to use Ashley's story as part of her presentation at the 2022 Interdisciplinary Breast Cancer Center Conference in Las Vegas! So instead of just doing a Powerpoint, Ashley had heard of my podcast and asked it I'd be game- which I was, of course! We started by asking the questions Danielle had wanted me to ask- and then just got really longwinded! Haha! She's a strong, amazing woman who has been through a lot all before the age of 35! Please listen to her story. If you know someone who is dealing with a cancer diagnosis- please feel free to refer them to the links below! Everyone knows someone who has been effected by cancer- so join us in saying: "F*CK CANCER!!'
Ashley would like to thank the following:
I would also like to thank Ashley for being pretty darn awesome herself! That's a heavy weight to carry at 30 years old- and she's handling it well! Stay awesome!
Well, well, well......Looky who has returned! Mr. Justing Brusky- lover, fighter, network wizard and bicycle fanatic- returns to the studio with a topic!! I know- not our usual jam here at 'Talk About Towers! But we managed to interrupt each other enough to get our quota of tangents in! Lots of common phrases explained, laughs had, and good stories told! You don't want to miss this one!
This week I sit down and talk with Ms. Brooke Klingbeil. She's a Medford area native and friend! She is one of the "Women in Wastewater" that we discuss and has done all sorts of good things for our community and state as far as advances and training in wastewater treatment and how a lot of rural municipalities deal with it! We have a nice lil chat and of course- there are tangents!!
To see more of what Brooke does, and has done- check out the links below!
I cannot post a link to the training video I helped Brooke shoot because it is not up yet on the Wisconsin DNR website!

This week's episode is going to be out SOON!! Season 2, episode 2, the Tori Talks is a super fun chat with one of my favorite professional photographers- Torrence Josephine Seubert!
That's not her name- but I gotta mess with her!! Most of you know her as Tori from 'Tori Jo Photography'! She's short-n-sassy! She is an awesome photographer who shoots just about anything! Weddings, Senior and Family portraits, Racing (Series 1, SxS, Championship Offroad, ect) and more! She also has a beautiful little girl, Brynlie, who was diagnosed with Alopecia- and she tells us the story of how Bryn wanted, and got a wig! So sweet!
You can see Tori's work or get a hold of her on Facebook (Tori Jo Photography), Instagram (@torijophotography) or on her website: torijophotography.smugmug.com/

The first episode of Season 2!! Episode 1- The Deac Diaries, features two powerhouses of Price County! Myself and Justin Matsick are, to this day, reigning, undefeated champs in badminton and pickleball at Phillips High School (Men's doubles), and were voted best dancers of our senior class in consecutive years (Justin in 98 and Joel in 99). I don't really know what more I'd have to say to get you to listen to this episode!
I love this man! He is one of my all-time favorite people, and I hadn't seen him in almost 20 years! I thoroughly enjoyed our talk and hope to have him on again!
Listen on Spotify, Google Podcasts, Apple Podcasts (remember to leave a 5-star rating and review!), or anywhere you get your podcasts.
I've also been working on uploading show videos to our YouTube channel, but rural DSL internet doesn't like to cooperate. I'll post a link to the show video and the channel itself when I get it all squared away!
Thank you for your patience while I got season 2 up and running!
