After becoming a mother at 38, Amanda’s definition of strength shifted from performance to resilience, connection, and self-trust. She now blends science-backed health strategies with an honest message that gives women permission to slow down, tune in, and rebuild their health.
Amanda is also the co-host of the award-winning women’s health podcast The Forties Formula, where she shares practical insights on metabolism, strength, and healthy aging for women.
