E3 may be dead, but June is still the time for big game announcements, and we have A LOT to talk about. We break down Summer Game Fest, Xbox's big showcase, and Ubisoft's plans for the next year. Can 2024 follow up the insane gaming year that was 2023? How will titles like Doom: The Dark Ages and Fable shape 2025? We got takes!

This week the team gets early Summer Games Fest and Xbox Showcase rumors, reviews a very mid Playstation State of Play, and covers the botched re-launch of MultiVersus!

 But most importantly, we get our Nintendo remakes on with a look back at Mario RPG and a look forward at Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door on Switch (one of our most hyped games since the show's inception).

Boy was that a week in gaming, eh? Xbox goes full Thrones as multiple studios receive the axe fit for a Stark, EA is attempting to put the "Ad" in the adventure genre, along with many others, and we even got a full Switch 2 spec leak. Oh, and full Fallout TV SPOILER thoughts, for our caught-up listeners (after the news, of course).
