Robert Alan Murray, a California lawyer in Kern County, falsified a court transcript to coerce a guilty plea and faced no criminal charges.  Just another day in the life of a minion for the ruling class.

What makes this more outrageous is the fact that the little people get hard time for minor code violations.  There are two sets of rules, one for the plebs, and another for the ruling class and their useful idiots like Robert.

I also discuss the darker side of capitalism, it’s not all sugar and spice and everything nice as people such as ancaps make it out to be.

Spoke about a tax agent who, like all bureaucrats, likes to make accusations, but hates follow up questions. She accused me of making a “frivolous tax argument.” But, when asked if the agent admitting he had no supporting facts was a frivolous argument, she refused to answer.

Yeah, the California Franchise Tax Board, not known for acting in good faith. When you operate with a prison system, you don’t need good faith.

More and more I’m hearing tax agents refusing to answer my questions without counsel present.  I had another say this today, and I doubt there will be a conference call with the county attorney.

These agents are super confident their claims are true, yet when asked a few questions they fold up requesting counsel be present.  They want the questions in writing because if the questions are answered, it will be a team of lawyers doing it.

Imagine asking a cop questions about a traffic stop and he won’t respond without counsel present and coaching them.
