I give more commentary on the recent Call of Shame, how easy it is to debunk a tax agent’s claims.  Mentioned that Robbie in his police video did not use the Socratic Method.  He gave long narratives and did not ask leading questions.  When someone is professional and answering questions, it should not take a long time to show their claim is invalid.

Tax agent can’t provide evidence of his claim, so he accuses me of arguing philosophy.  I ask again for evidence and he starts a long narrative with Thomas Paine and the social contract theory.  He is adamant he is not arguing political philosophy.

Contrary to some critics, judges may not rule arbitrarily.  Due process requires their decisions be based on fact and law.

I don’t recommend watching, but Larken Rose posted a video ranting about some vegans on facebook.  While I think facebook, like youtube comments, is toxic, and I agree with some of what Larken says, he is not very good when confronted on his position that it is ethical to kill and eat animals when you don’t have to because we can meet our nutritional needs without killing animals.

I may do a full response video, but one particularly bad argument he makes is that meat is not murder [I personally don’t use this argument]  He fails to see and address that when someone says that “meat is murder”, they are referring to the violent act of killing the animal.  So while Larken rants about people strawmaning his position, the is just as guilty here.

He also claims the dictionary definition of murder only includes humans.  This is false.  “to slaughter wantonly…”  To slaughter an animals, even “humanely” when you have no justifiable reason to, is murder according to even the dictionary.

Cody Wilson arrested on charges of sex with a minor.

I discuss why I don’t post comments on facebook and youtube and it triggers some listeners.   All I did was give examples of where socialism works to debunk a common claim that is doesn’t work.  College is one example.

Despite prefacing this by stating I’m an anarchist, not a socialist, some people were shocked that I was advocating socialism.  You can show an argument is wrong without advocating the argument.
