I think my brain stopped working for a bit when I heard about a prosecutor claiming evidence was a trial issue.  What a stupid way to avoid a lack of evidence and providing pre-trial discovery.

This is why it’s a good tactic to assume everything prosecutor say is a lie.  Call them out on everything and make them prove it.

Back to basics today, spoke about the basis of an effective defense against government accusations; using logic and reason to get tickets dismissed.

When we look at what they are doing to us, we have to use logic and basic principles of fairness to determine if the proceedings are fair.  Even the courts have held that taking jurisdiction may not “offend traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice.”  International Shoe v. Washington, 326 US 310.

Is it fair to rule that a written instrument applies to me because I’m physically in Arizona?  Does that offend traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice?  Is it fair if it’s held as irrefutably true ?  No, so we should object.

Is it fair to compel an arraignment when there is no evidence of jurisdiction?  No, so we force the issue with a plea of guilty.  It’s not a typical defense tactic used, but it is logical and is effective.

Lost the video again, so there are no graphics.  But, I covered the persistent myth that governments are agents of the people they force to pay them.  When confronted with the fact there is no proof political laws apply to anyone, government apologists fall back on this easily proven false argument.

They do this to avoid the embarrassment of arguing “the laws apply as a matter of law”, and that the evidence laws apply is the people already in prison.

There is no principle-agent relationship between the people of society and men and women called governments.  The compulsory support/payment negates any such claim.

Also, a critic claims it is “just my opinion” there is no chance my physical location in Arizona proves the constitution (written instrument) applied to me.  First of all, no, as I explain in the video, for a written instrument to apply and create obligations, there are four factual elements necessary e.g., offer, meeting of the minds, freely given consent and valuable consideration.  At the least, there has to be freely given consent.

As there are no such supporting factual elements, there is no chance my physical location proves the constitution applies to me.  Holding otherwise is a desperate attempt to continue a narrative that I don’t understand prima facie evidence and rebuttal presumptions.

Even if it is just “my opinion”, based on the above, it’s correct and is not subjective.  And no critic or bureaucrat, is able to show how/why my physical location would prove, or have the “slightest chance” of proving, a written instrument called the constitution applies to me.

What are just opinions (in opposition to the evidence) is political laws apply to everyone.  And the laws apply as a matter of law and require no evidence.  Those lacking in critical thought skills and basic logic parrot such tripe.  They want others to believe as they do, that basic principles of right and wrong, as well as logic, reason and evidence, don’t apply to special people called government.

I again address the criticism regarding the applicability of the law.  Critics claim that not only do basic principles of right and wrong not apply to those called government, but that reason and logic don’t apply to their claims.  The main one being that laws require no evidence to prove they apply, they apply as a matter of law.

As constitutions are written instruments, there must be some evidence proving they apply and create obligations.  Not so say a few critics, the rules don’t apply to their magical written instruments.  See, it’s like a religious incantation, it’s not a piece of bread, it’s the literal body of Jesus, it’s not an ordinary written instrument, it’s a “law”.

Government apologists want us to exercise faith that these written instruments are somehow more than just written instruments and rules they made up.  They want me to just accept the laws apply without evidence, a rule they just made up.

Sounds like BS to me.
