Grey called in from Georgia commenting that I ask “magic” questions. Asking someone for proof of their claim is an effective way to defend yourself, but it’s hardly magic. The burden is on the one making the claim, if they can’t meet that burden, asking questions is just a good way to bring that out.
I’ve never claimed that all you have to do is ask the right questions and tickets/complaints will be dropped. We’re dealing with criminals who think they have a moral right to attack and hurt us, getting tickets dismissed is not easy to do.
We also discussed court procedure and why raising legal arguments such as “right to travel” are not nearly as effective as raising issues of fact.
