Infamous Witt from Gilbert, Arizona called again to discuss the morality of the US government dropping two atom bombs on Japan, killing 200,000+ people,  including thousands of innocent children.  I think it was immoral, Witt defends it.  He does have great taste in music though.

Bao is out of jail and reports on his ordeal at the hands of the monster Cheril Hardy.  Cheril ordered Bao to undergo a psychological evaluation by Dr. Barry Norman.   Cheril is running for judge unopposed.  If there is anyone attorney you may know in Tarrant County that could run, please let me know.  This monster has to be voted out.  Even if she is not defeated, someone running against her can use the media to expose her anti-social behavior.

Ron in California called in claiming judges can order psych evals if people don’t understand legal procedure.  I disagreed.  Unfortunately we lost Ron’s call so we could not finish the discussion together, hopefully he calls back soon.

We learn from the call from Randy in Tennessee to not blindly follow court procedures people talk about online.  The example here is about removing a complaint from state court to federal court.  First, there has to be concurrent jurisdiction, second, usually a bad move as the federal courts are so corrupt.

Bao has been forced by Cheril Hardy to undergo a psychological evaluation.  This lawyer thinks people need psychological help if they dare to question the opinions of a cop or prosecutor.  Bao had to see a Dr. Barry Norman, there are no pictures of him that I can find though.
