Lot of great material this show, we even give Richard from Los Angeles an opportunity to provide evidence of his name/redemption claims.  I will be providing more information about the two newest success stories when I get the documentary proof.  Jordan in California had another ticket kicked out and I helped a client in California get a tax assessment dropped.

NSP will be live at the Living Tea Brewing Co. in Oceanside, California 14 Oct. and we’ll be jamming the blues after.  If you’re in southern California we’d love to have to at the show.

Tom calls in about Catherine Steenland, a habitual DUI offending judge who was recently involved with a hit and run.  We also talk about how the rulers and their henchmen don’t go to jail, the rules don’t apply.  An example is Ken Anderson who got 10 days in jail for sending an innocent man to prison for 25 years.

Richard from Los Angeles calls in about the redemption name game crap.  By just asking questions, you’ll hear Richard fail to support his claims.  While he does eventually claim he has evidence of court success, he to date has not provided any documentation.

Good show despite the tech issue costing me my caller line.  Gabe called and we spoke about anarchism, voluntaryism, socialism and communism.  While all have the goal of a stateless society, only anarchy and voluntarism are consistent with do no harm.

Even if you are right, using legal interpretations as a defense is usually a bad idea.  Stick to the facts, focus on the prosecutor’s burden of proof, it’s far more effective.
