Rick in Illinois gave us an update about his traffic ticket, it went bad.  But, as usual, the prosecutor and judge impeached the cop, ruling he was not competent to make legal determinations.  They denied Rick a fair trial by denying effective cross examination.  If the cop makes legal determinations, then it’s relevant on cross to ask for the facts he based them on.

Eric from NY called and we spoke about contract disputes in a voluntary society.

Al in California gave us an update on his alleged code violation.  It’s moved from the police department to the Office of Administrative Law.  The code does require these to be adversarial and evidentiary, so he gets to actually cross-examine the cop.  I’m sure they will also impeach this cop to protect the prosecutor’s case.

Mike from Long Island called, Mike is a retired NYC police officer who was upset with my rant about cops on the Wed. broadcast.  I was harsh when I compared cops to firemen.  Mike confirmed there are quotas for tickets.

The Joe Arpaio pardon by Trump.  Joe never showed any concern for those who were wronged by the court system, he’s never had a problem jailing those raped by the legal system.  But when he gets caught in it, he’s screaming witch-hunt and needs a pardon.  What a despicable human being.

Matt in Brisbane, Australia, my vegan facebook thread.  Same responses from non-vegans as we get from bureaucrats.  I ask a question, they claim I’m making a stupid argument.  We’re not being preachy or forcing our views on anyone, we’re pointing out morally inconsistencies.

We are not omnivores and even if we are, there is still a moral choice.  We don’t need to eat animals.

Jeremy in Colorado is prepping for court in a week.  Do we need to stick the exact questions when cross-examining a cop?  Yes, don’t change the context of the questions as we are trying to get certain admissions from the witness.

Will from Minnesota called about his money being stolen from the IRS.  The company is forced to be accomplices to the IRS’s robbery and we need to contact the IRS and the company and get statements/admissions to get the money back.  We need an admission from the company they blindly gave the IRS the money because they are forced to, that they did not make any determinations of federal law against us.  We also need IRS admissions there is no evidence supporting their claim their laws apply and there is jurisdiction over us.

You have to hear this; to cover her lack of evidence, a Concord, Massachusetts prosecutor said she could not provide discovery because she “cannot give legal advice.”  Wow.

 

 

Some crazy evasions from Concord, Mass. prosecutor Tiffany Castillo. When asked for proof of her claim the laws apply to Eric, Tiffany goes from “We don’t need evidence” to “they just apply”. Tiffany then turns the crazy up a level claiming she can’t provide her evidence because she “can’t give legal advice.”

Do I really need to explain that providing discovery is not giving legal advice?  Apparently there is no level low enough for a bureaucrat to stoop to in order to avoid their lack of evidence.  If they could support their claims, then they would.

New Jersey governor Chris Christie claims “what he cares about is what’s right or wrong,” but if that were actually true; then how could he force people to pay him?

7 minutes on the phone with a Vermont persecutor, Sally Adams, who just sat mute in her own defense just like Jean Killham in Ian Freeman’s Administrative DMV hearing.

Prosecutor Sally Adams just turned around and walked away when the defendant directly asked her “what evidence she has to prove their laws apply?”

The requirements for discovery requests and Brady material.

Lack of personal firsthand knowledge is makes a witness unqualified to testify for lack of competency and credibility.

Sally Adams gets protection from the co-prosecutor (the judge) that they have jurisdiction “because we say so,” also known as arguing without evidence; misconduct.

When the judge is “the STATE,” and the prosecutor is “the STATE,” and the witness/cop is “the STATE;” how is that not a conflict-of-interest?

How is the violation of the law relevant if it first cannot be proven that the laws actually, and factually, apply in the first place?

Proof of jurisdiction requires evidence, not case law.

Filing a motion to dismiss for prosecutorial misconduct when the prosecutor continues to make arguments outside the facts and evidence.

Getting a logically fallacious strawman response from a judge on his denial of the motion to dismiss on grounds that the defendant is making the claim that the laws don’t apply to him when the defendant is actually asking “what evidence has the prosecution provided to prove that they do apply?”

Exposing the statist double-standard by making the same arguments and claims as the prosecutor and watching the judge stop you from what they’re allowing the prosecutor to do.
