Neil and Dheer outline their personal backgrounds, as well as highlighting their respective roles at SCG. The trio give an overview as to the 2021 engagement process, and provide an update of the overall project. Neil and Dheer reveal methodologies used to conduct research, and additionally they provide listeners with some of the challenges that the SCG team faced during the project.
