Shawn outlines the driver shortage situation in the state of Pennsylvania. Curt and Shawn then discuss the study conducted by the State of Pennsylvania on the driver shortage in the state. Shawn outlines the impact of Entry Level Driver Training had on the state of Pennsylvania, and how PSBA has been able to work with state officials to help alleviate the impact of the program on contractors.
