It's so easy to get wrapped up in the time. It's so easy to rush to all of our appointments. I hope that this little tip helps you slow down and remember that you have more than enough time to get everything done that you need to get done. You will get there when you need to get there. And you are exactly where you need to be. Don't put so much pressure on yourself.

Sometimes we get lost in our thoughts! Let the Aries Full Moon remind you that you have all the power, you have the power to change your thoughts at any moment! ❤️

It's okay to have thoughts when you're meditating!! It's all about being gentle, kind, and sweet to yourself. Just accept where you are in the present moment and focus on your breath! It might be uncomfortable, but the fact that you show up each day to meditate is amazing!!!

You have all the power inside you! Trust yourself! Do what lights you up, follow your heart. Your intuition will always lead you down the right path. Start trusting yourself more.... the more you practice the stronger your intuition will get. (Side note- was doing this while walking so don't mind all the noise 😂)

Change can be scary. But it can also be the best thing in your life! 🙌🏻✨ Flow with the Universe! The YOUniverse always has your back.

Social media is beautiful but it also leaves us feeling empty and wanting more. We always compare to others and then think that we need more than what we have. Today truly come back to your heart and be grateful for what YOU have. Just remember that there's somebody out there who would love to have exactly what you have.
