It was the London Marathon this weekend, so we start Episode 147 with a look back at this fantastic event - including a women's world record for Kenya's Peres Jepchirchir and a record £67 million raised for charity.

In the FA Cup semi finals, Manchester City defeated Chelsea, whilst their local rivals Manchester United had a late scare when Coventry had a potential winner chalked off in the final minute of extra time. Having thrown away a 3-0 lead, United finally scraped through on penalties and will face City in a repeat of last year's final.

In Rugby Union, England's Red Roses secured the triple crown in a 14-try win over Ireland in the Women's 6 Nations. France beat wales 40-0, to set up a grand slam showdown with England in Bordeaux - whilst Scotland rounded out the weekend with a first win in Italy since 1999.

Our guest this week is a returning listener favourite - the fantastic Viki Monk, captain of the There She Rows team that became the fastest ever British female crew to row the Atlantic. Viki gives us a brilliant insight into what the race was like, from dealing with 30-foot waves and sea-sickness to watching sunsets and pods of whales. Viki and her teammates undertook this challenge to try and turn the tide for women’s sport, inspiring girls and women everywhere to be involved with their own sporting endeavours.
