In this week’s episode we discuss a great weekend of finals at Wimbledon, with Novak Djokovic taking the men’s crown and Elena Rybakina taking the women’s title.
Rugby saw a complete turnaround from last week, with wins for Ireland, Wales, England and Scotland against their Southern Hemisphere counterparts- setting up winner takes all matches this weekend. In beating Japan, France also secured the world number 1 ranking for the first time.
In cricket, India had convincing wins over England in both formats of white ball cricket, whilst Emma Lamb scored a maiden 50-overs century as England’s women beat South Africa.
