This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and we look at the links between sport and mental health, and the effect they can have on each other.

Our first guest is Null & Void regular Sarah Kirkham, who joins us to share what she and the team at The Club, Mapledurham are doing to help members connect and to support their mental wellbeing. Sarah also talks about the importance of having ongoing activities linked to mental health, rather than just one week per year.

Our Football Correspondent Billy Carr is back as the seasons enters its final furlong, and we ask whether Manchester City have now scuppered Liverpool’s chances of a historic quadruple, preview the FA Cup and Champions League finals and look at what the takeover at Chelsea means for the club.

Our guest is golf professional Andy Wild who joins us to look back over some of the highlights of the US Masters, to discuss what could be Tiger’s last Open at St Andrew’s, and to share some key tips for keen golfers now the weather is heading to summer.

In Episode 48 we bring you the second of our Easter specials. Andy gives an update on his final training walk ahead of the Isle of Wight, whilst Tony had a very different approach to working out in the sunshine.
